We re seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to own and drive the end-to-end recruitment process. You ll work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to attract engage and onboard top talent across technical non-technical and educational roles. This role demands strong stakeholder management sourcing expertise and a passion for delivering a seamless candidate experience.

- Partner with hiring managers to plan and launch roles aligned to business needs.
- Build strong talent pipelines for current & future requirements.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment sourcing screening interviewing and offer closure.
- Drive employer branding through professional candidate engagement.
- Track & report recruiting metrics; leverage insights to improve hiring strategies.
- Ensure process efficiency and recruitment best practices.
What You ll Bring
- Experience: 3 years in corporate recruitment across diverse functions.
- Skills: Strong sourcing techniques ATS (ZOHO or similar) and job portal expertise (LinkedIn Naukri Indeed).
- Excellent interpersonal project management and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate influence and deliver against tight timelines.
- Education: Master s in Human Resources (preferred).
