Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and solution-oriented AI Sales Executive who thrives in a fast-paced dynamic this role you will engage with business leaders understand their challenges and propose intelligent solutions that help them drive efficiency and growth. Your goal is to connect the right solutions to the right businesses while managing a high volume of opportunities effectively.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively connect with business decision-makers through phone email and messaging platforms to explore solution opportunities.
     

  • Understand business challenges industry needs and objectives to recommend tailored solutions that deliver measurable impact.
     

  • Present solution-driven proposals in a clear professional and consultative manner focused on business outcomes.
     

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients positioning yourself as a trusted business partner.
     

  • Collaborate closely with solution design delivery and support teams to ensure seamless solution implementation and client satisfaction.
     

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions opportunities and progress in CRM systems.
     

  • Follow up persistently with leads and clients to move business opportunities forward.
     

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance metrics in a goal-oriented and fast-moving environment.
     

  • Continuously adapt to changing business priorities market trends and client needs.

     

    Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Commerce or a related field.
     

  • 25 years of experience in sales business development or consultative solution selling (preferably in technology B2B or service sectors).
     

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
     

  • Solution-driven approach with strong problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities.
     

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and high targets.
     

  • Self-motivated proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
     

  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tool
