Were looking for a brilliant IT Support Expert whos ready to break the mold challenge the status quo and help us reimagine IT services with our cutting-edge AI products.
Your mission:
- Leverage your IT support experience to guide and advise our product teams.
- Act as a thought leader championing Nexthinks strategy to transform IT services.
- Envision the future of IT service delivery in an AI-driven world.
- Test validate and shape innovative AI solutions.
- Supervise and train AI agents to deliver next-level support.
- Benchmark experiment and push the limits of whats possible.
Qualifications :
Must-have:
- A mindset that challenges the status quo and constantly looks for ways to improve processes and ways of working.
- Strong interest and curiosity in Artificial Intelligence.
- 2 years of experience as an L1 or L2 IT support technician.
- 2 years in IT support coordination or leadership roles.
- Entrepreneurial and self-driven with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong communicator who thrives with customers engineers and execs alike.
- Fluent in English (spoken & written).
