Job Description
- Build and manage partnerships with distribution channels like Wealth Management Firms IFAs Family Offices and Private Banks.
- Source and engage potential clients across HNI Ultra-HNI and institutional segments for PMS and AIF products.
- Lead client acquisition initiatives handle investor pitches and convert prospects into clients.
- Collaborate with Investment and Product teams to understand and effectively communicate product strategies and value propositions.
- Drive periodic roadshows webinars and investor education sessions.
- Track competitor activity market developments and regulatory trends relevant to PMS and AIF segments.
- Achieve predefined asset growth targets while maintaining compliance with SEBI and internal governance norms.
- Prepare and present periodic performance reports pipeline updates and business forecasts.
- 10 14 years of experience in PMS/AIF sales or distribution ideally within an AMC wealth management firm or registered investment advisor.
- Strong existing relationships with distribution channels and client segments.
- Deep familiarity with capital markets PMS/AIF product structures regulatory environment and investor segmentation.
- Stellar interpersonal negotiation presentation and communication skills with academic credentials of B. Com or MBA in Commerce or Marketing.
- Self-motivated target-driven and entrepreneurial mindset.
