Job Summary
Role: Investor Relations Manager (Project financing)
Location: Phnom Penh Cambodia
Compensation: $6500-$7000 per month attractive commission structure on land and property sales
About the Position
Were looking for an Investor Relations Manager to spearhead fundraising for a landmark mixed-use real estate project in this role youll be responsible for cultivating relationships with global investors from institutional LPs and pensions to family offices and high-net-worth individuals and guiding them through the full investment cycle.
What Youll Do

Fundraising Leadership: Build strategies to deliver on capital-raising goals and unlock new investor commitments.

Pipeline Development: Identify approach and manage prospective investors across Asia and beyond.

Relationship Building: Act as the trusted contact for investors ensuring clear communication and long-term confidence.

Investment Materials: Prepare and deliver professional pitch decks models and investor reports to support decision-making.

Deal Execution: Drive the due diligence process coordinate with legal/finance teams and close successful transactions.

Market Insights: Monitor competitor activity and investor sentiment to refine strategy.
What Were Looking For
6 years in capital raising investor relations or investment banking.

Previous success raising capital in private equity property or alternative assets.

Well-developed network spanning institutions family offices and HNWIs.

Excellent communication skills in English; other Asian languages a plus.
