Job Summary

Position: Investor Relations Manager (Private Equity & Real Estate)

Location: Phnom Penh Cambodia
Salary: $6500 - $7000 commission on all land & real estate sales

Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Investor Relations Manager to lead capital-raising efforts for a landmark mixed-use real estate project in Cambodia. This role is at the forefront of connecting with global institutional investors family offices and HNWIs guiding them from first engagement to final investment commitment.

Key Responsibilities

Capital Raising: Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed fundraising targets.
Investor Pipeline: Source qualify and manage relationships with institutional investors pensions endowments family offices and UHNWIs.
Relationship Management: Serve as the trusted point of contact for investors ensuring transparent communication and long-term partnership building.
Marketing & Pitching: Create compelling investor materials (pitch decks PPMs DDQs models) and deliver persuasive presentations.
Due Diligence & Closing: Lead the investment process addressing queries and coordinating with legal/finance teams to secure commitments.
Market Intelligence: Track investor trends competitor activities and fundraising best practices to strengthen strategies.

Requirements

5 years in investor relations capital raising or investment banking.
Demonstrated success raising funds in private equity real estate or alternative investments.
Established network of institutional investors family offices and HNWIs.
Fluent English (spoken & written); additional Asian languages a plus.

Active investor network across institutions family offices and HNWIs.
