Job Description

Were looking for a Business Development Intern who can think clearly write sharply & support our team with structured client-ready content.
As a Business Development Intern you ll be instrumental in crafting compelling sales materials documenting key conversations & driving client communication with clarity & confidence.
Join us & get hands-on with proposals decks meetings & more while sharpening your communication & business skills along the way.

Your Purpose to the Team:
  • Support in converting leads to long term clients through consultative selling
  • Elevate presentation quality ensuring every pitch & deck is polished & impactful
  • Support structured & strategic client engagements through thorough planning & preparation
  • Present our capabilities through professionally designed & well-written documents
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align business goals with design capabilities & tailor accordingly
What You ll Own & Drive:
  • Preparing Minutes of Meeting (MoMs): Documenting conversations with clear summaries defined action points & responsible stakeholder
  • Creating Sales Collateral: Designing pitch decks client case studies & capability documents that tell compelling stories
  • Drafting Business Proposals & Documents: Writing & formatting proposals internal notes & supporting materials for client conversations
  • Client Meeting Preparation: Curating structured content background research & formatting aligned with business needs & strategic goals along with consistent followup across tools mails Linkedin etc.
  • Upholding Presentation Excellence: Building visually compelling decks in Google Slides & maintaining clear structured documentation across Google Suite.

  • 0 2 years of business development experience with a background in business administration marketing communications or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication skills fluent in both written & verbal expression with a talent for clarity tone & persuasion
  • Strong proficiency in G Suite tools / Excel

  • Self-starter with a knack for organizing & simplifying complex information

Track performance through analytics & KPIs, ensuring campaigns deliver measurable ROI Continuously experiment, A/B test & iterate to refine digital marketing effectiveness Digital & Content Marketing: Strengthen NetBramha s brand presence through strategic brand marketing initiatives, ensuring strong visibility & engagement across digital channels Create & optimize content marketing strategies that engage & convert prospects Drive website traffic with SEO, SEM & organic growth strategies Develop & oversee social media strategies across key platforms to grow brand presence, increase engagement & conversions Research, identify & target potential leads across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, industry-specific websites, events, tailored email campaigns & professional networks to help the sales team Leverage email & CRM marketing, using automation tools to nurture leads effectively Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Mentor a results-driven digital marketing team, fostering innovation & growth Work closely with sales & design teams to develop seamless marketing campaigns Present data-backed insight-led strategies to stakeholders & leadership What We re Looking For: 7+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, with 5+ years leading teams in the service industry Proven expertise in lead generation Ability to own & drive the entire marketing function, aligning with business objectives Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing & analytics tools Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM & performance tracking tools A strategic thinker who can balance creativity with analytical decision-making Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
