About the Role:
Brainwonders is seeking an energetic and people-focused Business Development Executive who will play a crucial role in expanding our presence by directly visiting and onboarding schools colleges and educational institutions for our programs. This is a field-based role involving travel meetings and relationship building with key academic stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit schools colleges and educational institutions to introduce Brainwonders services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with principals HODs and school counselors
- Pitch customized career and skill development solutions for students
- Conduct presentations seminars and product demos to student groups and faculty
- Follow up with leads schedule meetings and close institutional partnerships
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposal sharing MoU signings and onboarding processes
- Participate in educational exhibitions school events and academic fairs
- Report daily/weekly progress and client feedback to the reporting manager
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Education Marketing Psychology or related fields
- 14 years of field sales or business development experience (EduTech Industry)
- Excellent communication public speaking and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel frequently within the city and across nearby regions
- Confidence to interact with senior educators and decision-makers
- Goal-oriented with strong follow-up and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office Google Suite and basic reporting tools
