Job Summary
Are you an experienced and dynamic Used Car Sales Manager looking for your next exciting opportunity Our well-established dealership in Pretoria is seeking a skilled professional with 5 years of experience in the automotive sales industry.
Basic R37 000 - R42 000 benefits commission
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the used car sales team to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Oversee the entire sales process from customer engagement to deal closure.
- Ensure the maintenance of high-quality customer service standards.
- Collaborate with the dealership management to analyze market trends and identify opportunities.
- Sourcing stock and ensuring dealer has sufficient stock at all times.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in used car sales management.
- In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry market trends and customer behaviour.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.
