Job Description
We are looking for a passionate
Marketing & PR Manager who will drive our brand presence and ensure that every market activation aligns seamlessly with our strategy. Youll be a bridge-builder collaborating across departments managing agencies and creating high-impact campaigns that bring MGIDs value to life.
What will you do:
- Lead the execution and performance of marketing programs designed to grow brand awareness and market footprint
- Partner with a PR agency to promote MGIDs identity via PR online social and offline channels
- Work closely with Sales Publisher Business Development and internal Marketing & PR teams to design outreach strategies that support brand goals
- Collaborate in developing media plans (objectives strategy rationale ROI) and present them to leadership
- Evangelize MGIDs value proposition clearly to potential clients
- Coordinate company participation in industry events (with PR agency)
- Create and guide marketing assets: media kits trade show materials email campaigns website promos social media content etc.
- Act as a key communications liaison across offices and teams
- Define and manage comprehensive communication plans and brand messaging
- Share best practices in marketing tools and tactics with your teammates
- Manage collaboration with social media agencies and influencer campaigns
- Monitor competitors marketing actions and tactics and adapt strategies accordingly
Requirements
Who you are:
- 3 years of experience in marketing communications or PR.
- Experience in communication or marketing at AdTech Ad Agency or SaaS companies.
- Strategic mindset and demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and develop fact-based solutions.
- Digital marketing skills and digital advertising knowledge with the ability to communicate a clear inspiring vision translating
that into practical results-focused action plans.
- A track record of successfully meeting and exceeding performance goals.
