Job Summary

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Workshop Manager for a well-established panel shop in Johannesburg Gauteng. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and 10 years experience in Panel workshop management.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the workshop ensuring efficient workflow.
Control and maintain workshop procedures ensuring repairs are completed to high-quality standards.
Manage customer complaints and ensure a CSI score of above 95%.
Monitor and optimize workshop productivity ensuring maximum output with minimal downtime.
Work closely with the CRM system and produce reports as needed.
Supervise and mentor the workshop team ensuring proper training and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications & Experience:

Years of Experience: 10 to 20 years.
Type of Experience: Panel shop experience is required as a manager.
Top Skills: Proficiency in TMS CRM handling complaints repair procedures workshop control and report generation.

Salary: R70 000 pm UIF provident fund.
