Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly experienced Workshop Manager for a well-established panel shop in Johannesburg Gauteng. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and 10 years experience in Panel workshop management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the workshop ensuring efficient workflow.
- Control and maintain workshop procedures ensuring repairs are completed to high-quality standards.
- Manage customer complaints and ensure a CSI score of above 95%.
- Monitor and optimize workshop productivity ensuring maximum output with minimal downtime.
- Work closely with the CRM system and produce reports as needed.
- Supervise and mentor the workshop team ensuring proper training and adherence to company policies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Years of Experience: 10 to 20 years.
- Type of Experience: Panel shop experience is required as a manager.
- Top Skills: Proficiency in TMS CRM handling complaints repair procedures workshop control and report generation.
Salary: R70 000 pm UIF provident fund.
