Job Description
Are you an experienced and dynamic Used Car Sales Manager looking for your next exciting opportunity Our well-established multi brand dealership in Johannesburg is seeking a skilled professional with 5 years of experience in the automotive sales industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the used car sales team to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Oversee the entire sales process from customer engagement to deal closure.
- Ensure the maintenance of high-quality customer service standards.
- Collaborate with the dealership management to analyze market trends and identify opportunities.
- Sourcing stock and ensuring dealer has sufficient stock at all times.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in used car sales management.
- In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry market trends and customer behavior.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
