We are a leading Modular Kitchen manufacturing firm based in Pune known for delivering high-quality customized kitchen solutions. With a strong presence across Maharashtra we are expanding our footprint and looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive growth in the Aundh region.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales of modular kitchen products through direct client engagement and channel partners
Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential and commercial segments
Conduct site visits understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions
Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain strong relationships with architects builders and interior designers
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
Represent the brand at exhibitions trade shows and promotional events

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven track record in sales preferably in modular kitchens furniture or interior products
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to understand technical drawings and design concepts
Familiarity with Punes geography especially areas like Aundh Wakad Chinchwad Kalewadi Thergaon and Baner
Self-motivated target-driven and customer-focused
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
Own vehicle preferred for site visits

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
