Sales Manager Modular Kitchen Manufacturer
Location:Aundh Pune
Experience Required: Minimum 56 years in Sales (preferably in Modular Kitchens Interior Solutions or Home Improvement)
Age Range: 3045 years
Gender:Male / Female
Education: Graduate (Any discipline; MBA preferred)

We are a leading Modular Kitchen manufacturing firm based in Pune known for delivering high-quality customized kitchen solutions. With a strong presence across Maharashtra we are expanding our footprint and looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive growth in the Aundh region.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of modular kitchen products through direct client engagement and channel partners
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential and commercial segments
- Conduct site visits understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions
- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with architects builders and interior designers
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Represent the brand at exhibitions trade shows and promotional events
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven track record in sales preferably in modular kitchens furniture or interior products
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand technical drawings and design concepts
- Familiarity with Punes geography especially areas like Aundh Wakad Chinchwad Kalewadi Thergaon and Baner
- Self-motivated target-driven and customer-focused
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
- Own vehicle preferred for site visits

Monday to Saturday 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
