Job Summary
Are you passionate about off-road bikes and ready to lead a dynamic team Join us as a Workshop Manager and oversee the daily operations of our busy workshop. Your key responsibilities will include managing a team of skilled mechanics delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring workshop efficiency. As the technical and operational leader you will drive performance with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of skilled mechanics
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Oversee workshop efficiency and performance
- Drive quality standards and operational excellence
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 3-5 years in workshop management ideally in the off-road or motorcycle industry or experience riding off-road bikes as a hobby
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of off-road bike maintenance repair and tuning
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage and motivate a team with a track record of improving performance
- Customer Service: Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking abilities able to prioritize jobs and manage time effectively
- Problem-Solving: Analytical thinker with the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues
- IT Skills: Familiar with workshop management software and reporting tools
- Health & Safety: Understanding of workplace safety practices and regulations
