Job Summary
Our client a dynamic and leading provider in the truck solutions and manufacturing industry known for their commitment to excellence and innovation is seeking an experienced IT Administrator with proficiency in Pastel and network knowledge. As an IT Administrator you will be responsible for managing IT systems including WiFi setup and login creation. Experience in process automation is advantageous. Client is based in Roodepoort/Randburg area.
Position Overview:
As the IT Administrator you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our IT infrastructure. Your responsibilities will encompass network management Pastel proficiency WiFi setup and the creation of streamlined login processes. Your expertise in these areas will contribute to the efficiency and security of our IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Network Management: Maintain and optimize our network infrastructure ensuring high availability and security.
- Pastel Proficiency: Utilize Pastel for financial and business operations including inventory management invoicing and reporting.
- WiFi Setup: Configure and manage WiFi networks to provide reliable and secure connectivity for users.
- Login Creation: Create and manage user accounts and login credentials ensuring a streamlined and secure process.
- Process Automation (Advantageous): Identify opportunities for automation within IT processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: A relevant certificate or diploma in IT network management or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years in IT administration with expertise in network management and Pastel.
- Network Knowledge: Proficiency in network setup maintenance and security.
- Pastel Proficiency: Strong skills in utilizing Pastel for financial and business operations.
- Process Automation (Advantageous): Experience in process automation is advantageous.
- Languages: Fluent in Afrikaans
