The SM-3 IB program is seeking an experienced program controls analyst to join our growing team as a part of our newly awarded FY24/25 contract. This contract was recently awarded as a UCA and is expected to definitize by the end of the year. The selected candidate will provide comprehensive finance and earned value management support. This is a highly visible role within the naval power organization and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to join the day to day execution of the production pillar under the SM-3 umbrella. Finance serves as a critical business partner by providing the analysis insight and guidance to enable strategic decision making and achieve bottom-line results.
What You Will Do
- Provide thorough cost and schedule analysis.
- Coordinate the development of quarterly Estimate-at-Completion (EAC).
- Provide financial guidance and solutions to Program Team and Leads.
- Prepare finance charts for Program Management Reviews monthly operating reviews financial overviews and other reporting activities as required.
- Provide cost schedule financial analysis/reporting funding planning maintenance utilizing standard company tools and processes.
- Implementation and Maintenance of Earned Value Management.
- Provide financial guidance and solutions to Program Team and Leads.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRLs).
- Guiding efforts for effective completion of Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs) and Internal Surveillance Reviews (ISRs).
- Establish and maintain program logs (Work Authorization Contract Mod Log R&Os).
Qualification You Must Have
- Typically requires A Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or Business related field or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience is required.
- Experience interfacing and conducting business with various functional disciplines (Contracts Operations Engineering Supply Chain) in program development and execution.
- Experience with MS Office (Excel Word and PowerPoint).
- The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance.
- US citizenship is required as only US citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

- Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees as they are essential to the development of our products.
The salary range for this role is 82000 USD - 164000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
