Were looking for a Small Markets Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced high-volume this role youll connect with hundreds of businesses every day uncover their needs and introduce them to Foleys innovative products and services. If youre a hunter with grit coachability and the drive to exceed goals this is the role for you.

What youll do:

  • Drive daily outbound outreach across phone email and SMS to engage potential customers and build pipeline.
  • Own the full sales process from prospecting through close while keeping CRM records accurate and up to date.
  • Build relationships with business decision-makers engaging them with clarity and confidence.
  • Stay current on Foleys products and industry regulations to effectively address customer pain points.
  • Consistently meet or exceed activity and sales targets.
  • Make 300 outbound B2B calls daily connect with potential customers.
  • Identify regulatory and compliance needs of small businesses and introduce Foleys SaaS solutions.
  • Deliver a consultative sales approach tailoring solutions to each customers unique requirements.

Who you are:

  • Proven experience in high-volume outbound calling and prospecting.
  • 0-1 years in a BDR role or full-cycle sales experience in a small deal size / fast sales cycle environment.
  • Comfortable spending 4 hours daily on the phone and energized by activity-based selling.
  • Proficient with modern sales tools and CRMs.
  • Strong communicator with a hunter mentality and a passion for winning.
  • Coachable gritty and adaptable with a growth mindset and team-first attitude.
  • Bonus if you have experience in:
  • SaaS sales or short-cycle deal environments
  • Transportation HR safety or compliance industries
  • Pipeline management and mission-critical sales

Location: This role is based in our Boston office. We follow a hybrid model where team members are onsite three days per week.
