Job Profile: -
The Executive in the Quality Improvement & Feedback Cell is dedicated to improving the patient and family experience through the investigation of patient/family complaints concerns and other feedback received at RFH. Complaints and concerns include but are not limited to the care provided by physicians and other health care professionals potential liability quality of care hospital policy and procedure and extensive conflict resolution with challenging patients and families. The scope of these duties extends to the inpatient outpatient EMS EHC & Homecare services. The PR Staff is responsible for providing assistance/support as needed with patients families and staff that are in contact with the Quality Improvement & Feedback Cell.
Ensure comfortable visit or stay of the patient through effective delivery and coordination of services with different departments of the hospital.
Take Patient/relative feedback coordinate with all departments for reverts. Respond to the customer about the feedback or queries within stipulated time period.
Personally meet all the Discharge patients and make professional ties in order to offer personalized service to ensure customer satisfaction.
