Your Mission:
As an Emerging Enterprise Executive at UiPath you will drive business growth by acquiring new customers and nurturing relationships with existing customers specifically within the commercial/mid-market segment. You will strategically engage with decision-makers demonstrate the value of our end-to-end automation platform and create long-term customer success stories that contribute to UiPaths market leadership in this key segment. Your expertise in solution selling and account development will be instrumental in achieving revenue targets while delivering exceptional customer experience to commercial clients

Acquire new logos and expand UiPaths customer base representing 60% of your focus
Mine existing relationships to identify growth opportunities 40% of your focus
Develop and execute strategic account plans and roadmaps for long-term customer relationships
Understand customers business challenges to identify and explore automation opportunities
Demonstrate UiPaths value proposition effectively against competitive offerings
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in your assigned territory
Collaborate with technical sales and customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Leverage our partner ecosystem to expand market reach and execute joint go-to-market strategies
Track forecast and report on pipeline metrics using CRM tools with precision and reliability
Maintain deep product knowledge of UiPaths offerings roadmap and competitive advantages
Achieve and exceed quarterly and yearly revenue targets
This is what youll bring to our team:
7-12 years of enterprise software or solution sales experience
Proven track record selling to enterprise/mid-market customers in South India
Experience implementing land-and-expand strategies with initial deals of over USD 30K
Demonstrated ability to grow strategic accounts from 30K to 200K through upselling and cross-selling
Strong skills in account planning territory management and multi-product selling strategies
Excellent communication presentation and negotiation capabilities
