What this job involves:

As a Corporate Receptionist at JLLs Integrated Facility Management business line on our Amazon account dedicated team you will take ownership of the internal and external visitor experience while providing the highest possible standards of engagement with customers through all front-of-house and meeting & event services. This customer-focused role combines reception excellence with event coordination expertise requiring you to deliver core front-of-house services including sign-in badging luggage management and deliveries while maintaining the highest standards of presentation and functionality across front-of-house and meeting areas. You will play a crucial role in JLLs commitment to delivering exceptional workplace experiences by ensuring all interactions leave customers with positive memorable experiences undertaking physical setup of meeting and event spaces monitoring room environments with attention to detail and demonstrating high security awareness while maintaining clear knowledge of onsite emergency and evacuation procedures.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Take ownership of internal and external visitor experience ensuring all interactions create positive memorable customer experiences
  • Deliver core front-of-house services including sign-in badging luggage management lost and found and delivery coordination
  • Receive direct and relay telephone email and other queries while greeting and directing candidates new hires visitors and general public
  • Maintain continual awareness of onsite events to ensure visitor experience is personalized and optimized with highest presentation standards
  • Undertake physical setup of meeting and event spaces following team guidelines and EHS considerations
  • Monitor meeting room environments including furniture signage equipment temperature fabric and consumables with fine detail attention
  • Create and maintain up-to-date Outlook conference room finder and SharePoint room booking systems for meeting and event spaces
  • Coordinate daily updating of room booking displays while liaising with security and janitorial teams on meetings and events coordination

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in reception concierge or related field with excellent people skills and ability to interact with wide range of client staff
  • Previous experience working in high-profile corporate environments with outstanding customer service skills
  • Fluency in English and local language with strong PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems
  • Very high attention to detail with ability to maintain professionalism at all times while serving as team ambassador
  • Ability and confidence in communicating with customers at all levels through written and verbal communication
  • Excellent team player mentality with desire to go above and beyond for colleagues
  • High awareness of local area services including shops restaurants hotels and transport to support customers
  • Understanding of security awareness requirements and emergency/evacuation procedures

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous catering or hospitality experience
  • Facilities Management exposure and understanding
  • Experience with meeting and event coordination in corporate environments
  • Knowledge of Outlook conference room finder and SharePoint systems
  • Background in trouble ticket request management and mail/courier services
  • Understanding of space audits and walk-the-store processes
  • Experience supporting administrative tasks and one-off facility requests
  • Familiarity with Amazon or similar technology company workplace environments
