We are looking for a passionate and driven Experienced FP&A Business Partner to join our team and play a key role in supporting one of our studios. This role is a maternity leave replacement.
In this position youll act as a trusted financial advisor to studio management working closely with them to provide insights and drive strategic decision-making. Additionally youll support the broader FP&A Studios team with day-to-day financial tasks offering a unique opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of FP&A operations within a dynamic gaming company.
Responsibilitis
- Partnering closely with one of Playtikas smaller studios serving as their financial advisor
- Analyzing monthly Actual vs. Budget reports and providing actionable insights
- Preparing and analyzing forecasts on a monthly basis to ensure accurate financial planning
- Reviewing and analyzing P&L statements and organizational KPIs
- Assisting FP&A Studios team members with ad-hoc tasks and financial analyses
- Creating and delivering periodic financial summaries to senior management
- Participating in the annual budget planning process
- Monitoring and approving new purchase orders and budget requests globally
- Reviewing and approving invoices that exceed budget
- Collaborating closely with multiple financial teams in Israel and internationally including accounting and bookkeeping departments
- Participating in the month-end close process
- Supporting design views in Power BI
Requirements
- 3 years of experience as a Financial Analyst
- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelors degree in Economics or a related field
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
- Proven track record of financial analysis
- Strong verbal and written English skills
- Highly motivated and proactive individual
- Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with Oracle ERP an advantage
- Knowledge of EPM Oracle an advantage
