DescriptionWe are seeking an enthusiastic Placement Coordinator Intern to support our Healthcare Division in managing candidate placement activities. This role provides hands-on experience in recruitment coordination client interaction and healthcare staffing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing screening and shortlisting candidates for healthcare roles.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the internal database.
- Support onboarding processes including document collection and compliance checks.
- Communicate with candidates regarding application status requirements and feedback.
- Assist in building relationships with healthcare clients by supporting account managers.
- Contribute to placement tracking reports and performance metrics.
RequirementsQualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a diploma/degree in Human Resources Business Healthcare Administration or related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with recruitment tools/portals is an asset.
- Interest in healthcare staffing and HR processes.
