We are looking for a professionalcustomer-focused Delivery Coordinator to join our growing team. This role isperfect for someone who loves creating exceptional customer experiences ishighly organized and thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment.

As a Delivery Coordinator you will beresponsible for managing all aspects of the vehicle delivery process. Ensuringevery customer leaves confident informed and excited about their new vehicle.

What Youll Do

Coordinate Vehicle Deliveries

- Schedule and prepare new and pre-owneddeliveries by working closely with Sales and the Business Office.

- Ensure vehicles are fully detailedaccessorized and ready for customer pickup.

- Review all paperwork and deliveryrequirements to ensure a smooth handover.

Create an Exceptional Customer Experience

- Serve as the main point of contact duringthe customers pickup appointment.

- Walk customers through vehicle featurestechnology safety systems and key functionality.

- Assist with app setup Bluetooth pairingdrive mode explanations and ownership tips.

- Introduce customers to the ServiceDepartment and help book their first service appointment.

Support Customer Satisfaction

- Complete 2448 hour follow-up calls toensure customer satisfaction.

- Proactively address concerns and escalateissues to management when needed.

- Help maintain high CSI performance.

Administrative & Dealership Support

- Assist with reception coverage duringdowntime (phone lines greeting guests).

- File scan and organize delivery-relatedpaperwork.

- Support Sales Management with clientfollow-ups and internal coordination.
