Were looking for a motivated and strategicClinic Operations Manager to lead the daily operations and support the growth of our brand-new center in Powell TN. In this key role youll work closely with senior clinical staff monitor team productivity and implement initiatives that improve performance and ensure the highest quality of care.

Proud Moments ABA is a behavioral health organization providing the gold standard of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21. Proud Moments is a haven of knowledge and expertise for parents of children diagnosed on the autism spectrum. We offer expert treatment innovative techniques and compassionate child-centered care.

Responsibilities

Guide the operational heartbeat of our center with leadership and attention to detail:

  • Own day-to-day center operations
  • Coordinate opening/closing procedures
  • Ensure center is stocked with necessary supplies
  • Create weekly scheduling for BTs and learners
  • Works with BTs to ensure coverage for leaners
  • Handles parent/family inquiries
  • Conduct daily attendance
  • Oversee pickup and drop off at center to ensure smooth transitions
  • Coordinate cleaning of center
  • Alert facilities team of any necessary repairs or upgrades
  • Support administrative duties in the center
  • Maintain room scheduling
  • Carry out routine housekeeping duties to ensure smooth running of the center
  • Ensure safety in the center

Qualifications

To thrive in this role youll bring the following experience and qualities:

  • Experience with ABA Therapy and a compassionate understanding of the needs of children with autism and their families; preferred
  • 2-4 years of management experience including supervisory responsibility in an ABA or healthcare setting; preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to build sustain and grow productive relationships with organizational management staff clients and community stakeholders
  • Exceptional leadership skills
  • Superior project planning organization and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
