Position Title: Distribution Operations Leader

Location: Greater Nashville TN

Overview:
An established and fast-growing building products distributor is seeking a Distribution Operations Leader to oversee and elevate operational performance across logistics warehousing and safety functions. This high-impact role offers the opportunity to drive process excellence lead diverse teams and influence the continued success of a company known for its customer-first culture and entrepreneurial spirit.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily operations across logistics warehouse and safety to ensure flawless execution and on-time delivery performance.
Establish and monitor KPIs SOPs and operational standards that align with best-in-class distribution practices.
Engage hands-on with teams and customers to drive responsiveness accuracy and efficiency.
Build and mentor high-performing teams that embody a customer-driven relationship-based culture.
Partner with senior leadership to implement strategic initiatives supporting continued growth and profitability.

Core Requirements:

Proven success as a General Manager or Divisional Vice President within a growth-oriented building products company (e.g. cabinetry millwork or related sectors).
Deep understanding of distribution models and cabinet industry dynamics.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple business functions and lead through metrics-driven performance management.
Hands-on leadership style willing to be present on the floor with customers and in operational details.
Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills.
