Job Summary
- Install configure and maintain operating systems software applications network hardware and core IT infrastructure.
- Monitor systems and proactively resolve performance or reliability issues to maintain stable and secure IT operations.
- Administer servers virtualization environments (e.g. VMware) data backup solutions and storage systems.
- Provide support for core IT services including Active Directory DNS DHCP and Group Policy.
- Manage and support end-user devices such as desktops laptops printers and mobile hardware.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation on system configurations procedures and changes.
- Assist with network infrastructure including the configuration and maintenance of firewalls routers switches and VPN connections.
- Apply IT security best practices and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Contribute to IT projects including system upgrades migrations rollouts and compliance audits.
- Coordinate with vendors service providers and cross-functional teams for procurement and technical support.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in information technology Computer Science or Cybersecurity.
- IT certifications ( CCNA CompTIA or Microsoft certifications) are an added advantage.
- Strong technical skills in infrastructure networking and system administration.
- Ability to troubleshoot effectively and manage tasks independently in a dynamic environment.
