Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop business by visiting Architects Builders Contractors OEMs and Institutions to specify products and generate demand.
  • Handle and grow relationships with key architects premium contractors builders and corporate clients.
  • Drive achievement of sales targets and enhance market share across the assigned territory.
  • Execute business strategies sales plans and innovative approaches to drive market penetration.
  • Conduct architect meets product presentations and group events for market development.
  • Lead brand-building initiatives through exhibitions trade events and industry partnerships.
  • Implement strategic selling techniques including multilevel relationship building and technical product presentations.
  • Provide hands-on team leadership delegate responsibilities monitor performance and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and manage end-to-end sales operations in a competitive quality-driven environment
