Job Description: We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Airport Executive. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher to gain valuable experience and kickstart their career in the aviation industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist passengers at the airport providing excellent customer service always
- Handle check-in and boarding procedures ensuring all necessary documents are in order
- Assist with baggage handling and loading/unloading of luggage
- Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules delays and other relevant information
- Ensure the safety and security of passengers and their belongings always
- Collaborate with other airport staff and departments to maintain smooth operations
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Adhere to all airport and company policies and procedures Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy luggage
- Knowledge of basic computer skills
- Fluency in English is a must knowledge of other languages is a plus Contract Details: This is a full-time position based in Pune Maharashtra India.
