Position Overview:

As a Ground Staff you will be responsible for providing assistance and support to passengers airlines and other airport personnel. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and delivering high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome passengers as they arrive at the airport
Help passengers with check-in baggage drop and boarding processes
Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules delays and other relevant information
Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally
Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure efficient and timely operations.
Assist with security and safety procedures including baggage screening and passenger screening.
Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the airport terminal
Assist passengers with special needs or disabilities
Handle cash and credit card transactions for airport services
Collaborate with airlines to ensure smooth arrival and departure of flights
Keep track of flight schedules and communicate any changes or updates to passengers.
Handle lost and found items and assist with lost baggage claims.
Adhere to all airport and company policies and procedures
Continuously strive to provide excellent customer service and create a positive experience for all passengers.
Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
Must be physically able to stand walk and lift heavy baggage
Basic computer skills and knowledge of airport systems is a plus
Must be fluent in English both written and verbal.
