With a legacy of quality and taste Guruji Products is expanding its footprint in the HORECA (Hotels Restaurants Cafés) and Institutional segments across India.
Job Objective:
To drive sales growth in the HORECA and institutional segments by developing new accounts managing existing relationships and achieving sales targets for Gurujis range of crushes syrups and fruit fillings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the HORECA and institutional channels (hotels restaurants cafés bakeries caterers and food manufacturers).
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with chefs purchase managers distributors and decision-makers.
- Conduct regular product presentations sampling and promotional activities to generate product awareness.
- Negotiate pricing credit terms and ensure timely order fulfillment and payment collection.
- Track market trends competitor activities and provide regular feedback to the management.
- Coordinate with the distributor network to ensure product availability and visibility.
- Participate in exhibitions food shows and trade events to promote Gurujis product range.
Requirements
Experience:
- 25 years of sales experience in FMCG beverages or food ingredients preferably in HORECA or institutional sales.
- Education: Graduate / MBA preferred.
- Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated target-driven and comfortable with field sales.
- Must have good knowledge of the local market and key HORECA/institutional buyers.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting.
Required Skills:
Experience: 25 years of sales experience in FMCG beverages or food ingredients preferably in HORECA or institutional sales. Education: Graduate / MBA preferred. Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated target-driven and comfortable with field sales. Must have good knowledge of the local market and key HORECA/institutional buyers. Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting.
