Job Description

Position Summary
The Coordinator of Enrollment Management serves as a liaison for the Vice President of Enrollment Management ( VPEM ) across campus and provides support for Enrollment Marketing and Communications and Dual Credit and Collegiate Partnerships. The position will require administrative duties to support recording meeting minutes budget and purchasing responsibilities and general office administration. The Coordinator will also assist the VPEM with administrative reports and record maintenance. Quality customer service will also be a focus of this position as the Coordinator will directly serve as the office manager for the Office of Enrollment Management and will supervise student staff. The Coordinator of Enrollment Management will also correspond with students families faculty and staff through a variety of methods (email phone calls etc.) on behalf of the VPEM .

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Monitors and maintains division budgets including processing purchase orders budget transfers and general budget assistance for the VPEM and leaders within the Enrollment Management division. Process the purchase card expenses monthly. Generates administrative reports including budget analysis reports as directed Maintains an organized and record system of records for Enrollment Management contracts and legal documents. Manages the Office of Enrollment Management and student worker staff. Composes and/or edits correspondence printed collateral and presentations as needed. Provides administrative support to the Vice President and division management team as directed. Assists with timely onboarding with all University departments for new hires in the division. Arranges travel plans/itineraries catering and meeting setups as required for a broad range of division events and functions. Assists with scheduling internal and external meetings for the Vice President as needed. Assists with maintaining inventory of office supplies and equipment. Performs other duties and special projects as assigned by the Vice President of Enrollment Management.
