Clerical Support - Full-Time (37.5 hours per week) On Site

For more than 60 years The Cumberland County Guidance Center has been a primary mental health support agency providing compassionate professional care for individuals and families with mental health needs in the greater Cumberland County NJ area. As a non-profit organization our dedicated team of professionals including doctors nurses therapists and support staff works to diagnose and treat all types of mental illness.

What We Offer:

Competitive Rate $16 per hour- 37.5 hour work week
Schedule 8:30AM to 5:00PM Monday to Friday

What does this position look like As a full-time employee the Clerical Support assists the Outpatient Program by managing appointment scheduling and cancellations in accordance with established procedures ensuring timely scanning of confidential medical documents and maintaining both paper and electronic patient charts.

What you need to apply

High school diploma.
Possess ability to type in an efficient manner.
Basic computer experience.
Knowledge of office equipment.
Ability to work directly with individuals served and their families and employees.
Possession of a valid New Jersey drivers license with a clean five-year driving record that meets organizational standards and qualifies for insurance coverage. Join us in making a difference in our community!
