Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a talented Sales Automation Specialist to design develop and implement automation solutions that drive sales and operational excellence increase productivity across our internal teams and improve our customer and partner experience.
As the Sales Automation Specialist in the APJ Go-to-Market (GTM) team you will be responsible for leading projects to build scalable automation tools and frameworks that streamline processes reduce manual effort and improve efficiency across AWS organizations. You will work closely with multiple teams (global regional and country) and internal experts (e.g. Solution Architects Tool Engineers Data Analysts) to identify automation opportunities and deliver innovative solutions (enabled by AI/GenAI technologies) to drive high velocity sales motions to accelerate our business growth.
Key job responsibilities - APJ lead to work with internal global regional and country teams to map existing automation tools collate requirements and feedback to improve sales workflows identify gaps and then develop a comprehensive framework and tools/feature roadmap for automation tools for our customer- and partner-facing teams - When required lead the design and development of automation tools using technology (including AI and GenAI) and modern programming languages working with relevant internal experts - Create end-to-end automated solutions and framework for complex business processes and workflows - Collaborate with internal stakeholders (including Sales Partner and Solution Architect teams) to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions - Drive best practices for automation development including testing documentation and monitoring coordinating across multiple country teams in APJ - Provide new ideas and technical leadership on automation practices - Optimize existing automation systems and internal tools relevant to sales workflows for performance reliability and efficiency
