Job Summary
Automotive Sales Associate
Volvo Cars of Queens is seeking a highly motivated experienced sales consultant. We are committed to developing career professionals that thrive in a dynamic team-oriented sales environment. Sales consultants at Volvo Cars of Queenscraft a complete client purchase experience from greeting to delivery with the help of a supportive team of Sales and Business managers.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and establishing rapport with clients
- Assisting with vehicle selection based on clients needs and consultants product knowledge
- Conducting vehicle test drives
- Calculating lease and finance payments
- Negotiating purchase prices
- Coordinating and conducting vehicle delivery
- Communicating with prospective and current clients in person via telephone text and email
Required experience:
- Minimum of two years experience in retail automotive sales
Desirable qualities include:
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Fluency in multiple languages
- Computer literacy
- Conscientious meticulous work habits
- Highly developed sense of humor
