Join Naumi Hotels as our Reservations Agent Corporate and Inbound based at our Auckland property and become a key player in promoting our stunning properties across the group in New Zealand Australia Singapore and other international markets. Reporting to the Groups Reservations Lead youll play a pivotal role in maximising hotel occupancy optimising average rates and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings. This is the perfect opportunity for a dynamic selfmotivated person to join our growing group and become a valued member of Naumi TEAM. This office-based role is all about collaboration connection and delivering guest experiences that truly matter.

The fun things you get to do

  • Be the first point of contact for reservations handling calls and emails with accuracy and warmth
  • Keep hotel PMS systems updated with seamless accurate bookings
  • Manage billing and payments for Travel Agents Corporates GDS and Groups
  • Deliver outstanding service resolving booking queries quickly and creatively
  • Partner with Sales and Revenue teams to tailor bookings rates and value adds
  • Showcase our hotels unique locations and experiences to inspire guests

Bring with you

  • At least 3 years of experience in group reservations ideally handling key accounts travel agents and tour operators
  • Solid hospitality background and thrives in guest-focused environments
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills able to communicate clearly professionally and with ease
  • Tech-savviness with strong proficiency in MS Office and other digital tools
  • Excellent written and spoken English with knowledge of additional international or regional languages being a plus
  • Demonstration of exceptional problem-solving abilities in work experiences
