Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests manage check-ins check-outs and guest requests efficiently and courteously.

  • Accurately handle reservations billing and guest accounts while maintaining confidentiality.

  • Manage phone and email enquiries providing professional assistance and information.

  • Promote hotel facilities activities and services to maximise guest satisfaction and revenue.

  • Ensure compliance with health safety and security standards including cash handling key control and fire procedures.

  • Maintain accuracy of front office systems guest data and internal reporting.

  • Support department and hotel management in operational and administrative tasks.

  • Wages NZD 28.53 per hour


Qualifications :

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a hotel motel or similar reception/front office role.

  • Skills & Competencies:

    • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

    • Proficiency with hotel management and reservations systems.

    • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

    • Ability to handle cash credit transactions and confidential information responsibly.
