Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests manage check-ins check-outs and guest requests efficiently and courteously.
Accurately handle reservations billing and guest accounts while maintaining confidentiality.
Manage phone and email enquiries providing professional assistance and information.
Promote hotel facilities activities and services to maximise guest satisfaction and revenue.
Ensure compliance with health safety and security standards including cash handling key control and fire procedures.
Maintain accuracy of front office systems guest data and internal reporting.
Support department and hotel management in operational and administrative tasks.
Wages NZD 28.53 per hour
Qualifications :
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience working in a hotel motel or similar reception/front office role.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Proficiency with hotel management and reservations systems.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to handle cash credit transactions and confidential information responsibly.
