Job Summary

Are you passionate about providing exceptional service and creating unforgettable guest experiences We have a great opportunity as a Night Auditor for an enthusiastic team player to support our front office team at our luxury property in Wellington.

Reporting to the Front Office Manager your primary responsibility will be to oversee the smooth operation of the Front Office department and all outlets within the hotel during the night shift while also closing the books for the day producing reports and setting up the morning teams for success.

Naumi Wellington consists of two hotels in one vibrant location in the heart of Cuba Street. Naumi Studio Wellington is an iconic heritage landmark with 116 rooms while Naumi Hotels Wellington boasts 62 spacious suites. Together they are a visual feast for the senses complemented by our highly regarded restaurant and bar Lola Rouge.

Some of what you will be doing

Service of late guest arrivals and early departures
Revenue control of all sales and services given
To ensure all accommodation rates are processed correctly by checking the necessary reports and that the best possible revenues are obtained
Attend to major operational problems and needs promptly including customer complaints enquiries and requests
To ensure that all accommodation food and beverage charges and other guest services are charged according to Hotel and company policies and procedures
