Persona: 20% - 40% of contractual hours to be worked from reporting office/working location (hybrid working)

We are seeking a dedicated Tenancy Progression Coordinator to oversee the progression of London Living Rent Intermediate Market Rent and Rent to Buy properties. These schemes aim to provide affordable rental options and pathways to homeownership for residents. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth transitions and effective management of these rental schemes.
In this new role at L&Q we are looking for someone customer focused self-motivated with an interest in the London property market.
Reporting to the Tenancy Progression Manager the successful candidate will be part of a great new team supporting the customer journey for our tenants.
