Job Description:
Airbus US Manufacturing Facility is looking for a Facilities Coordinator (Evening Shift) to join our Final Assembly Line based in Mobile AL.
Responsible for managing third party service providers for site services (hard). Ensure coordination and reporting of facilities subcontracted maintenance contract(s) activities such as HVAC plumbing electrical etc.

Nearby on Airbus Way you will find the Airbus U.S. Manufacturing Facility for commercial aircraft. Opened at the Mobile Aeroplex at Brookley in 2015 the facility produces A320 Family aircraft and added a second product line for the A220 in 2019. Your challenges:
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage the operational day to day facility responsibilities for the FAL including subcontractor coordination with focus on several key buildings. Ensuring adherence of regulations of all local and federal laws with respect to the operation of the FAL. (40%).
Coordinate subcontractor activities to prevent impact to Mfg. Operations and minimize impact to end users. (30%).
Recommend and manage initiatives to increase and improve service delivery considering both cost and quality - KPI Management (30%).
Additional Responsibilities:
Manages vendors on a daily basis; identifies training and tracks performance to KPIs effectively communicates with stakeholders in a timely manner.
Coordinate and Facilitate Monthly and Quarterly business reviews within contract guidelines with proper points of contact.
Cooperate and coordinate all activities with the entire FM team.
Review approve and process invoicing for related activities.
Development and tracking of corrective action plans regarding service delivery.
Other duties as directed by the facility manager.
Your boarding pass:
Education: Minimum Associate degree Bachelors preferred plus 5 years subcontractor management experience.
3 years managing budgetary requirements.
Knowledge of current industry trends best practices and technology.
Specified focus on HVAC plumbing or electrical preferred.
3years managing and reporting subcontractor activities in a production environment. 5 Years preferred.
3 years of facility management experience in a production environment.
Operational experience using SAP preferred.
Knowledge and successful application of project management practices.
Analytical and quantitative skills with proven ability to develop strategic solutions.
Budgetary management is critical.
Physical Requirements: Able to carry documents tools drawings and electronic equipment up to 30lbs. Able to lift documents tools drawings electronic equipment up to 30lbs. Able to push/pull small office furniture and some equipment and tools. Able to sit for long periods of time in meetings working on a computer.
