About the role:
We are looking for a dedicated PQC Administrator to join our dynamic team! This key role involves providing essential administrative support within the PQC department ensuring smooth operations and effective communication between teams.
1 Year Temporary Contract
Key Responsibilities:
Administration & Support: Manage PQC-related documentation respond to inquiries and assist with internal and external communication.
Data Management: Upload and create MFRN letters process CFS documents and maintain rework-related files in systems like Stock Tracking Asana and Google NCR.
Rework Coordination: Prepare rework instructions manage processes with 3rd-party companies monitor inventory and calculate final rework costs.
Procurement & Inventory: Order and manage delivery of consumables and components for rework
Reporting: Prepare and submit daily weekly and monthly reports on stock rework and production updates; verify invoices and process payment authorisations; track product withdrawal from sale.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in administrative roles preferably in a quality control or manufacturing environment.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Preferable but not required Asana Stock Tracking System Mainframe.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
