Key role supporting daily operations attendance communication and data entry

The school uses robust MIS systems electronic communications parent platforms and digital attendance structures full training is provided for new staff. Leadership prioritises workload balance staff wellbeing and providing clear structures that help staff succeed.
Managing front-of-house communication including reception duties
Updating student records attendance data and safeguarding information
Preparing letters reports and communication for staff and parents
Supporting the Senior Leadership Team with administrative tasks
Coordinating meetings schedules room bookings and school events
Handling queries with professionalism and confidentiality
Strong IT literacy (SIMS/Arbor experience ideal but not essential)
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to prioritise workload and remain calm under pressure
Previous school admin experience desirable
High levels of professionalism confidentiality and attention to detail
Paid on the schools support staff scale dependent on experience.
