Were currently seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Toddler Teacher to join our family and guide our energetic little learners through their earliest milestones.
Position Overview:
As a Lead Toddler Teacher you will create a warm structured and engaging classroom where children feel safe supported and excited to learn. Youll plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities maintain open communication with families and work collaboratively with your classroom team to ensure each childs needs are met.

- Required:
- Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education
- At least 2 years of experience working with toddlers in a licensed childcare setting
- Preferred:
- Knowledge of child development best practices
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement daily lessons and activities that support childrens cognitive social emotional and physical development
- Maintain a safe clean and engaging classroom environment
- Foster positive relationships with children families and team members
- Track developmental milestones and complete progress reports
- Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and center policies

This forms a foundation for kids to Learn Play and Grow under the care of our nurturing teachers and staff.
At TLE weve created a full cast of characters that become our little learners educators partners and friends through their preschool education journey. Each character has a unique personality and area of interest and brings learning to life by allowing children to explore the world through fun and imagination.
