The Human Resources Global Senior Manager will lead and manage all HR functions globally ensuring alignment with the companys strategic goals and compliance with local labor regulations in various regions. As the key HR point of contact for global team members the successful candidate will provide strategic leadership in talent management technology recruitment compliance and employee engagement. This role is critical in shaping a high-performance culture across diverse geographies while addressing region-specific HR needs.
The Work Environment
Our mid-sized office is in a fantastic downtown location just a 5-minute walk from Union Station making it ideal for commuters and right on the edge of the Financial District.
We work on a hybrid model with two in-office days per week combining the benefits of in-person collaboration with the flexibility of remote work.
We offer a flexible schedule however some work outside of normal business hours may be required on occasion due to time-constrained activities or collaborating with remote teams
