Job Description

Temporary Office Coordinator / Receptionist
Austin TX 78731
**THIS POSITION IS BASED IN OUR AUSTIN HEADQUARTERS BUILDING AND IS NOT A REMOTE ROLE.**

The Office Coordinator/Receptionist will be responsible for handling all daily administrative duties for the Headquarters (HQ) office in Austin. The weekly schedule will be Monday-Friday 12pm-4pm.

This is a temporary role specifically for the dates 10/13/2025 - 11/14/2025 (5 weeks total). The hourly pay rate starts at $15/hr.
The office receptionist will provide assistance to store staff and management by responding to various questions and requests for assistance and provides occasional project and administrative support to various different corporate departments and will report directly to the Executive Admin Assistant.

What Were Looking For

The Office Coordinator/ Receptionist must be extremely organized efficient and detail-oriented. They must be able to learn quickly adapt to new tasks and operational systems and must be flexible in order to keep up with quickly changing priorities and functionalities. They must be sensitive to confidentiality. A minimum of two years of experience in similar administrative role is preferred.

**A valid Drivers license and vehicle are required for occasional offsite tasks and errands.
What Youll Do
  • Greeting visitors and receiving/distributing packages
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Purchasing and stocking kitchen at HQ
  • Keeping kitchen area clean and organized
  • Keeping conference rooms clean and organized (stocked with supplies for meetings)
  • Assist with organizing meetings and events
  • Opening and distributing mail for all departments at HQ
  • Assist with administrative tasks for all departments at HQ as requested by department head
  • Filing maintaining paper and electronic files for various departments
  • Various projects as needed
