You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking for a skilled Technical Recruiter to join our team and take charge of sourcing screening and hiring top-tier software developers. Youll work closely with engineering leadership to understand hiring needs and build a strong tech talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles for developer roles (Frontend Backend Full Stack DevOps etc.)
Source candidates through LinkedIn job boards and other platforms
Conduct initial screenings to evaluate technical experience and cultural fit
Coordinate and schedule technical interviews and assessments
Maintain and update candidate records using ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
Requirements:
2 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter (in-house or agency)
Proven experience hiring developers and understanding of technical roles (e.g. Angular JavaScript React etc.)
Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter Boolean search etc
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
