Job Summary

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Computer Science or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in technical recruitment preferably in an agency or fast-growth environment.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering DevOps AI/ML cloud and product-based roles.
  • Experience in international recruitment (US UAE KSA EU and APAC markets) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-management skills.
  • Proficiency with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter ATS systems and sourcing automation platforms.
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple roles and clients simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing screening and shortlisting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to understand role requirements business context and hiring priorities.
  • Source top-tier talent using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter Discord and niche tech communities.
  • Evaluate candidates for technical cultural and project fit through structured assessments and interviews.
  • Maintain and grow an active talent pipeline across engineering data DevOps AI/ML and product domains.
  • Collaborate closely with the management to align hiring strategies with client goals.
  • Track recruitment metrics manage databases (ATS/CRM) and ensure consistent communication with candidates and clients.
  • Stay updated on global tech trends salary benchmarks and emerging hiring markets.
