Job Description
Avanceon is seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Team Lead to drive the development of cutting-edge software solutions in the Industrial Automation domain.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep technical expertise a passion for innovation and the ability to guide teams using modern development practicesincluding AI-powered toolsto boost productivity streamline processes and foster continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
AI-Driven Development
Leverage AI tools such as GitHub Copilot ChatGPT and similar technologies to accelerate coding testing and documentation processes.
Champion the adoption of AI in development workflows to solve complex problems and enhance team efficiency and skill sets.
Project Leadership
Lead and manage the complete software development lifecycle from concept to deployment.
Coordinate cross-functional remote and on-site teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
Align technical strategy with business objectives to maximize impact and innovation.
Software Development
Architect and develop robust backend systems using C# .NET Python and SQL Server.
Design responsive and scalable front-end applications using modern frameworks such as ReactJS Angular Tailwind HTML and CSS.
Write clean maintainable code and ensure high test coverage through unit testing and code reviews.
System Integration
Develop secure and scalable REST/SOAP APIs incorporating AI-assisted monitoring and diagnostics.
Integrate seamlessly with SCADA systems PLCs and third-party industrial platforms to enable real-time connectivity and data flow.
Data & Business Intelligence
Design and develop insightful reports and dashboards using Power BI Tableau and Excel.
Perform in-depth data analysis to support decision-making and performance optimization.
Build and maintain ETL pipelines using SSIS and work across various database environments including SQL Server Oracle and PostgreSQL.
Required Skills & Experience
10 years of hands-on software development experience with at least 3 years in a team leadership role.
Proficient in C# .NET Python SQL and modern JavaScript UI frameworks.
Demonstrated experience managing remote teams and delivering enterprise-grade applications using Agile methodologies.
Strong familiarity with AI/ML tools business intelligence platforms and industrial automation technologies such as SCADA and PLC.
Mandatory Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Software Engineering Computer Science or a related field.
Direct experience using AI-enhanced development tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot ChatGPT or equivalents) in a professional setting.
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to AI/ML frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow PyTorch) cloud-based AI services (e.g. Azure AI AWS SageMaker) or data science platforms.
Foundational understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline configuration
