About the Role:
Join our clients sales team as an Italian-speaking Inside Sales Representative! Handle inbound customer inquiries promote tailored solutions and contribute to sales growth while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Requirements:

Italian C2 (native/near-native) English B2
Previous sales or customer service experience a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work on-site in Athens

Responsibilities:

Manage inbound calls and customer inquiries
Understand needs & offer appropriate solutions
Ensure high customer satisfaction
Meet/exceed sales performance targets
Collaborate with team and management
