Job Description

IFA Administrator Exeter
Salary: Up to 32000 per year
Job Type: Permanent Full-time

Location: Exeter (office-based)

Role Overview

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced IFA Administrator to join a well-established financial services team in Exeter. This is a full-time office-based role ideal for someone looking to build a long-term and rewarding career within the financial services sector.

The successful candidate will have at least one years experience working in a financial services environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential as well as the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to advisers and clients

  • Liaising with clients investment providers and other third parties

  • Online processing of applications and investment account management

  • Handling general client queries in a professional and timely manner

  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance standards are met

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 years experience in financial services ideally within an IFA practice

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in using IT systems and online platforms
