Part-Time Branch Administrator

We are looking for a Part-Time Branch Administrator who as part of your role will support the branch by contributing to the financial performance.

Main duties include:

• Ensure all proof of delivery (POD) notes are accounted for
• Ensure missing notes and PODs are investigated and replacements obtained if required
• Balance branch till daily ensuring everything is accurate and up to date
• Complete branch banking books and ensure monies are banked daily
• Forwarding till reports to Head Office and update banking template
• Allocate pay later notes
• Monitor unpaid cash sale reports escalating any discrepancies or queries
• Ensuring any unpaid or outstanding amounts are collected in a timely manor
• Running the weekly account statements and ensure these are up to date
• Ensuring staff accounts are up to date
• Monitor and analyse the age debt report
• Allocate customer payments whilst ensuring monies are banked daily
• Updating customer notes with detail as and when required
• Monitor and review customer credit limits
• Dealing with general customer queries either face to face or over the telephone

Working hours:

25 (average) hours Monday to Friday including alternate Saturday working. Shift pattern to be agreed with Branch Manager.

As a Branch Administrator you will have experience in telesales and/or customer service ideally gained in a fast-paced sales-driven environment.
